Each day, you'll have access to an online journal where you can record your thoughts and experiences. You can revisit these journal entries anytime, even after the program concludes. The program includes daily videos where I share insights tailored to each day of the journey. For example, on day 1, I discuss day 1; on day 47, I address day 47, and so forth. This approach provides a personal touch and feels like you’re being guided step-by-step. Having experienced similar struggles myself, I understand the challenges modern men face. I’m 23 and spent about 3 years trying to quit before finding success.
